Esthetic PRF and Hyaluronic Acid Treatments
We use PRF (platelet rich fibrin) to provide a natural, chemical-free regenerative treatment to the face and neck. PRF rejuvenation uses your body’s own regenerative capacity to restore a more youthful appearance. For patients who do not want to use their own PRF, we have a commercially available hyaluronic acid (HA) that is safe and effective for this same procedure. Microneedling is performed with PRF or HA to promote the formation of new collagen in the skin. If using PRF, we can also inject this into wrinkles and fine lines to further promote rejuvenation of collagen.
PRF Facial
- The PRF facial is done in our office and takes approximately one hour.
- A small amount of blood is taken (just like when you have your blood drawn at the doctor’s office)
- The blood is spun in a centrifuge machine, allowing the PRF to separate, for use in microneedling.
- A numbing cream is applied to the face and neck prior to the procedure.
- The PRF is applied to the face and neck areas with a Derma Pen microneedling device.
- Small injections can also be done with the PRF to reduce wrinkles and fine lines.
- A cooling mask is applied after the procedure as you relax and enjoy your glowing complexion.
